Our company was founded on May, 1 1999 by Chris Miller and Doug Johnson. Chris and Doug both started off working for Kodak before venturing out to start their own business. What once began in a tiny barn has now expanded into 5,000 square feet of warehouse, showroom, and office space.

Fulfillment services for 22 years. Over these last two decades, we’ve stretched our reach from central Massachusetts up to Portland Maine and Covering most of New England! Our technicians travel all over the greater New England area to make sure our customers’ printers are working properly. Our technicians are trained on a variety of printers. Some of our technicians specialize in color or black and white. We hope that you will consider using our services for your printer needs.

Back in 2014, the usual cast of sales folks were trying to sell us a new Digital printer. At the time we were not pleased with the support we were getting on our current Kodak printers. One salesman thought I should give Chris Miller a call at Net Print Solutions. It was most definitely the best phone call I have ever made. I was tired of dealing with a huge corporation and just being a number. The technician were not really trained that well and just swapped parts until a problem went away. Response times were always inconsistent. I met face to face with Chris, the owner of Net Print. I explained my past experience and he assured me he could solve my problems. We parted on a hand shake. Best of all we had each other’s cell phones, so when either of us really needed something it was only a phone call away. Over the past eight years Chris and his team have provided an excellent level of service and support. We have parts on site and if we can render a repair they walk us through the process. We have purchased two additional machines from Net Print. When we need additional equipment NetPrint is our first and only stop. What seems to be a complex business, is really not.
